The AK was formulated as a specialty micro liner, consisting of a smooth hit and long stroke ideal for either triple needle configurations, as well as larger groupings.
A long “hybrid” geometry, and specifically designed A-bar, compliment the low carbon 8 wrap coil 1” cores, and annealed ductile iron frame aligns carbon content in the metal, resulting in a clean line, and minimizing vibration.
The machine can be setup either as a side wheeler style, or rear binder setup, depending on personal preferences. The AK is adorned with brass upper and lower binders, or antiqued side wheeler binders, a blackened or bronzed finish frame, and a copper contact screw.
A .018 spring setup is used as a standard on all machines, and all tuning is done with a CX-2 power supply assuring fine tuning and running speeds are dialed.
